I’ve been working with clay for over 40 years, starting in Indianapolis and continuing through a career in computing and raising a family. After settling in Portland in 1996, I built a backyard studio and later taught ceramics for 11 years.

Doghouse Pottery began as a family joke—and became the perfect name for a lifelong passion.
